Rey - No worries man. I had almost forgot that you mentioned doing that.

Reon - Exactly! Memphis was supposed to lose to Texas A&M. I’m not sure the memo got circulated to the right people. I’ve still got 3 Final 4 teams in at the moment. UNC must win tonight though.

So my long shot (SIU) didn’t come through for me (almost, though!). I’ve still got two teams left in the final four (FL and Memphis), but I doubt it’s enough. Everybody’s down on Memphis this year as being overrated, but we’ll see. So far, so good!

I got up early this morning, checked the scores, and I find myself in first place! I squeaked by last night and all my teams won. The rest of my elite eight bracket is pretty messed up, though. I won’t stay in this position for long.

Too bad that Brian didn’t capture the image after the games were all tabulated last night. My short-term victory would have lived on and on in the ASF archives.

Some night! UT and Texas A&M both lose by only one. Kansas eeks by SIU by three. I’d have liked to have a little different result but that’s how the ball bounces(heh heh).

JP - Next year play with us man! We might even offer prizes. 7-11 gift certificate anyone?

JLove - Don’t count yourself out yet. There’s a lot more basketball to be played.

Well…I’m toast! Both Texas & Texas A&M are out. So much for the longhorn state.

Good luck to the rest of you. I have lost 2 of my final 4 teams, so I’m out.

I would have joined in on your bracket but was too lazy to register with CBS. Instead, I’m doing a Yahoo bracket with some friends. So far, I’ve got 39 right, with 51 points - and there are three other guys ahead of me!

Seven of my eight picks for this next round are still in it (darn you, Butler!), so there’s hope for me.
