The biggest problem I've had so far is related to the 2.6 upgrade itself, not that specific plugin. It seems that your category names and descriptions can get wiped out during the upgrade. I was able to find an explanation and a fix <a href="http://blog.cumps.be/wordpress-26-upgrade-fix-missing-categories/" rel="nofollow">here</a>. It's a little time consuming but it works. In one of the later comments on the post, the author says he thinks the bug will be fixed in 2.6.1. Other than that, the problems I've found so far have all been related to plugins/widgets being out of date or hacks that I made. Hope your upgrade goes well when you decide to do it!
